You’ve got Questions… We’ve got Answers…

Q: What types of computer repair services do you offer?

A: We offer a wide range of computer repair services, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, virus and malware removal, data recovery, hardware upgrades and installations, and more.

Q: How much do your computer repair services cost?

A: The cost of our computer repair services depends on the specific issue you are experiencing and the parts that may be required to fix it. We offer competitive pricing and will provide you with a detailed estimate before beginning any work.

Q: How long will my repair take?

A: The length of time required to complete a repair will depend on the specific issue you are experiencing and the parts that are needed. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for the repair when you bring your computer to us.

Q: Do you offer on-site repair services?

A: We do not currently offer on-site repair services. However, you can bring your computer to our repair shop or ship it to us, and we will repair it and return it to you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer a warranty for your repairs?

A: Yes, we offer a warranty for all of our repairs. The length of the warranty will depend on the specific repair that was performed. Our service (the labor we perform) is under warranty for 90 days, and specific individual parts will have warranties that are determined by and dependent on the manufacturer.

Q: Can you repair all types of computers?

A: We have experience repairing a wide range of computers, including desktop PCs, laptops. Sorry, but we do not service Macs, printers, or cell phones. If your computer is running an older or uncommon operating system, it may be more difficult for us to obtain the necessary parts or software to repair it.

Q: Can you recover data from a damaged or failing hard drive?

A: In many cases, we can recover data from a damaged or failing hard drive. However, the success of the data recovery process will depend on the severity of the damage to the hard drive. We recommend bringing your computer to us as soon as possible if you suspect that your hard drive may be failing.

Q: Can you guarantee that you will be able to restore my data if I have a good quality backup?

A: If you have a good quality backup, it is likely that we will be able to successfully restore your data. However, it is not possible to guarantee that data restoration will be successful in all cases, as there may be unforeseen issues with the backup itself or the restoration process. We recommend regularly testing your backups to ensure that they are functioning properly and can be restored when needed.
